Andre Galvao Retires from BJJ Competition at Age 35


One of the greatest BJJ competitors in history has finally retired after a glorious 13 year career.

Andre Galvao, co-founder and leader of Atos Jiu-Jitsu, a 5 time ADCC champion & 11 times world BJJ champion announced his decision. Galvao has won everything there is to win in Jiu-Jitsu. Unlike his other Atos teammates Gui and Rafael Mendes who both retired at ages 26 and 27 respectively, Galvao has taken this decision at the ripe age of 35.
