Black Belts Auctioning Private Lessons For Hurricane Harvey Victims

568

Jiu-jitsu photographer and Houston native Mike Calimbas started to organize a charity auction to raise money for those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

The response has been overwhelming, with hundreds of people offering to donate time, services, and products to be auctioned off for charity.

Calimbas posted a list of over 120 black belt instructors who had offered to donate private lessons to the auction.

Keep an eye out for names like Renzo Gracie, Xande Ribeiro, Kristian Woodmansee, Marcos Torregrosa, and dozens of other accomplished and generous local black belts hoping to make a difference and spread their jiu-jitsu knowledge.
