Big names in competitive BJJ met in the U.S. to try to grab gold medals and some prize money at the 4th installment of the New York BJJ Pro.
João Gabriel Rocha, Tayane Porfírio and Felipinho César were among the standouts. At ultra-heavy, João Gabriel Rocha of Soul Fighters bagged another gold for the season. He defeated ferocious Otávio Nalati of Lloyd Irvin, bagging 4,000 dollars in the process.

Keenan Cornelius reigned in the heavyweight division. A recent addition to Atos, he took on Tim Spriggs, a former teammate of his at Lloyd Irvin, in the final, which you can watch here:
Middleweight Felipinho César of Barbosa JJ beat Manuel Ribamar (NS Brotherhood) for gold in that division.
