“Achilles” sport club was founded in 2014, in Kiliya city (Odessa region). The main curator of the club is Andre “Tim” Monteiro – a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, from the Carlson Gracie lineage.
The SC “Achilles” is open for the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) classes and Grappling.
Sport club “Achilles” is rather young but it already can boast of some success!
Led by the head coach Leonid Eliseev the SC “Achilles” fighters have shown a great result at the different competitions: both local and all-Ukrainian championships, and even some international tournaments. Here are some of them: “Odessa Open BJJ Gi”, Ukrainian BJJ Championship in Odessa, Ukrainian MMA Tournament “Kubok Yuga” and professional MMA tournament RFP “Step to Top 3”.
The club welcomes both children and adults, professional fighters and amateurs! Highly-qualified coaches will teach newcomers all fundamental techniques and involve them in the BJJ world!
